Angiogram of a 58 year old female with a right-sided Kugel's artery to the atrioventricular node artery. The patient had known coronary artery disease with 8 weeks of unstable angina, and a percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty of the right coronary artery. The original cine film was digitized, and a redacted electronic copy was created to remove the patient's name and patient number.

The recording was described in Paulin's teaching film inventory with the following annotation: "7/6/95. 58F. Right sided Kugels to AV. Known CAD, 8 weeks of unstable angina! had also PTCA of RCA."

Paulin's colleague, Julian Max Aroesty, commented during an acquisitions interview (2015 May 21) that this film shows an unusual collateral, blood flow to a blockage from an unusual area.
