Angiogram of a 67 year old male with abnormal left circumflex artery from right cusp. The patient had a history of left anterior descending artery angioplasty and primary transcutaneous coronary angioplasty. The original cine film was digitized, and a redacted electronic copy was created to remove the patient's name and patient number.

The recording was described in Paulin's teaching film inventory with the following annotation: "67M. Abnormal LCX from right cusp. LAD PTCA in past. Now new ischemia acute with PTCA on right side."

Paulin's colleague, Julian Max Aroesty, commented during an acquisitions interview (2015 May 21) that "LAD" refers to angioplasty.
