Angiogram of a 60 year old male with left main stenosis. The original cine film was digitized, and a redacted electronic copy was created to remove the patient's name and patient number.

The recording was described in Paulin's teaching film inventory with the following annotation: "60M. Exercise pain, chest & epigastric, EKG positive, smoker. Left Main Stenosis. Post surgery OK."

Paulin's colleague, Julian Max Aroesty, commented during an acquisitions interview (2015 May 21) that this film shows a clinically interesting case; an example of a modest amount of coronary disease in such a critical location that it is a highly dangerous lethal lesion; "trouble in the trunk of the tree rather than in any of the branches."
