Description

This unusual album of carte-de-visitephotographs was assembled by Dr. Samuel Gregg, the first homeopathic practitioner in Massachusetts. Talbot, along with other figures prominent in the movement, such as Constantine Hering and publisher Otis Clapp.

This picture is of Otis Clapp, a prominent publisher of homeopathic books and the first homeopathic pharmacist in New England.
