Aspirating kit in rectangular wooden box. Box is covered in dark brown material, and underside of box has dark floral print. Interior of box is lined with purple velvet material, though in several areas light damage has caused the purple to turn brown. Box is divided into three sections. First section contains aspirating syringe and screw-on attachment. Underneath attachment is blank brown paper wrapped around light brown tissue. Second section contains two additional brass attachments and one wooden-handled unknown aspirating instrument. Two instruments appear to be missing. Second section is removable revealing third section underneath. Third section contains two attachable hoses, two ivory-handled trocars, and two black tubes. One hose is broken into two pieces. One trocar is stuck in piece of cork. One black tube is attached with maroon string to round piece of brown tissue.
