Provenance
Model was designed by physician Robert Latou Dickinson and created by sculpture Abram Belskie. Dickinson and Belskie collaborated on reproductive models from 1937 to 1945. Dickinson sold the model collection to the Cleveland Health Museum in 1945. The Warren Anatomical Museum acquired the Dickinson-Belskie collection from the Cleveland Museum of Natural History in 2007.
