Abstract
Brass compound drum microscope in wooden box. Box was constructed to hold microscope and lens attachments. Box is simple with no detail aside from keyhole on front; Box has one compartment with lid that contains four microscope slides. One slide has peacock feather. Microscope is fully brass with weighted base. There are two additional lens attachments secured in wooden housing in box.
