Description
Angiogram of 79 year old female with Coronary arteriolo-Cavitary Comm. The patient had distal left anterior descending artery, distal right coronary artery, dyspnea on exertion when exercising, and supraventricular tachycardia. The original cine film was digitized, and a redacted electronic copy was created to remove the patient's name and patient number.
The recording was described in Paulin's teaching film inventory with the following annotation: "79F. Arteriolo-Cavitary Comm. Mild to moderate, distal LAD diag, also distal RCA may explain symptoms! DOE on exercise, SV tachycardia."
Paulin's colleague, Julian Max Aroesty, commented during an acquisitions interview (2015 May 21) that "Arterio-Cavitary Comm." refers to a connectron from the artery to the heart wall.
