Richard Warren (1907-1999)

The tradition of the Warren family was continued by Dr. Richard Warren, a nephew of Dr. John Warren (1874-1928), who graduated from Harvard Medical School in 1934 and became Professor of Surgery, specializing in cardiovascular and gastrointestinal disorders. Over the years, Dr. Warren donated additional books, manuscripts, and artifacts from his family to the Boston Medical Library and Harvard Medical School.
